We received a call regarding a dog, who was tied up with a thin wire in a desolate area. When our team reached there to rescue the dog, they saw that his neck, body and tail were tied with the thin wire. The person who did this was very clever, because they use thin wire, if dog moves here and there his neck,body and tail cut automatically. How cruel people's? Don't do this any voiceless.
But our volunteer did their duty. Thanks to those who called us.
